When you call us for an

entertainment quote

, proposal or reservation, we’ll ask you a few important questions:

1. Date
2. Beginning and ending time of the event
3. Location and description of site
4. Number of guests expected or past numbers
5. Participant’s ages
6. Your name, phone, fax and mailing address
7. A contact name and number we can get a hold of at the event site
8. Directions to the site from the nearest main intersection

Coordinating your delivery and set up

We’ll contact you about your site configuration and delivery during the

event planning

process. This may include topics such as gaining access, width of doorway, height of ceilings, parking situations, carting of equipment on wheels, curbs, stairs, time of access required, door side-entry, elevators, etc.
